Completing a personnel search and recruitment project includes the following stages:

1. General acquaintance; gathering of general information about the client's company and the vacancy; preliminary analysis of the order.

2. Personal meeting with the client; detailed discussion of the vacant position; formation of a clear view of the company (business strategic objectives, development plans and perspectives, competition); formation of an agreement on the terms of future partnership.

3. Formation of a vacancy profile (job specification, desired personal qualities, description of professional requirements); determination of the search strategy; monitoring the internal database and external sources.

4. Organization of the work in accordance with the chosen strategy; interviewing potential candidates; assessment of their professional competence and verification of recommendations; selection of candidates.

5. Representation of the chosen résumés to the client, with detailed commentaries; organisation of interviews with the candidates. On request - consultation on the subject of reasonable salary conditions and motivation system for the best (chosen?) candidate.

6. Support: during the probation period the recruiter stays in contact with the client (employer) and the chosen employee, and regularly communicates with them in order to help with the employee's successful integration into the company.

The best guarantee of the quality of our services is our pledge to replace any unsatisfactory candidate during the probation period (three months). For mid-level managerial vacancies the guarantee may be extended to six months.
