To ensure efficiency in our work it is important to clearly realize what are the major stages of execution of a project on recruitment of candidates for key positions.

Analysis of the order. This is the first stage of work which includes acquaintance, gathering of general information about the company and the vacancy, and primary analysis of the order. Personal meeting with the employer is important for a detailed discussion of the vacant position and some additional information: business strategic objectives, plans and perspectives of development, economical performance and choice, competition and competitive advantages. A list of potential candidates is prepared; compensation package and Welcome Bonus for the future employee are discussed as well as the terms of collaboration on the project. Formation of a vacancy profile and determination of the strategy. This is the second stage during which we conduct an analysis of correspondence of the employer's demands and conditions to the current market environment in the required business field. Also we assess reality of the order. A profile of the vacancy is formed (personal requirements and job specifications for the candidates), the strategy of search/recruitment is designed. Monitoring of the internal database is conducted.

During work with executive search projects our experts don't only perform search and recruitment of top managers, but also conduct a research of economic environment and determine business leaders in order to offer the best specialists to the client.

Shortlisting and candidates assessment. Within the third stage we form a long list of the candidates and perform shortlisting. In-depth interviews are conducted with potential candidates, their professional competence is assessed and primary check of recommendations is executed. The final short list is formed.

Candidate selection. We provide resume of selected specialists to the employer and organize interviews with the candidates. In accordance with the previous agreement, Top Personnel's representative participates in the interview with the main candidate and helps to reconcile interests of both parties. If needed, we can organize a consultation on job offer preparation. Final motivation of the candidate is conducted and labor agreement project is prepared.

Final stage - support of the completed project which includes: regular contacts with the employer and the specialist; consultations on the specialists' successful adaptation and participation in candidate's assessment according to the results of probation period are provided upon request.

The result of our work is a successful professional realization of the candidate in the client's company. The guarantee of quality of our services is the commitment to replace the candidate within three months in case he/she fails during the probation period. With the vacancies of middle managers the guarantee period may be prolonged to six months.
