Annual conference Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) began its work on the 7-th of March in New York

Topic of the conference “New Rules” of our American colleagues is quite interesting and urgent also in Russian context. Who sets the new rules? How should professional recruiters react to them? How should we work with candidates? What is the specific character of the market at the present period of time? This is the problem discussed at the conference. The problem had been chosen by AESC experts as a matter of response to the current marketing situation, which is generally called "War for talents".

This problem is closely connected with the problem «Evolution of recruitment. Prospective analysis» of the forthcoming forum «Moscow personnel spring-2007», which will take place on the 25-th of April in Moscow State University of International Relations. By the way, American colleagues showed particular interest for this Moscow conference.

The key message of the first day of the conference was communicated in the speech of AESC President Peter M. Felix "Prospective of the year 2007".
